An annual maintenance contract (AMC) is an agreement between you (customer) and Netbit Technologies (service provider) for maintenance of your website, web application, database etc. AMC is generally for entire year from 1st April to 31st March. A fixed amount is charged from the customer for providing AMC. We normally charge 20% of the cost of project as AMC every year. However, charge may vary depending upon quantum and type of work involved.
