Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with our products or services, please let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you reasonable time to review, explore and understand the software i.e websites, web application, software etc. If you have reviewed, explored or used the our product or services for 30 without any complain and asking for refund after 30 days then we cannot offer you a refund.

Conditions for Full Refund

Customer will get full refund in the following situations.
  • Customer is asking for refund within 24 hours of payment made and Netbit Technologies has not yet started any work for the customer.
  • Netbit Technologies has not purchased any services on the behalf customer from any third party.

Conditions for Partial Refund

Customer will get partial refund in the following situations.
  • Customer is asking for refund within 7 days from date of payment made and Netbit Technologies has already started the work for customer. An amount proportionate to the work already done will be deducted and balance may be refunded.
  • If any service has been purchased by us on behalf of customer [e.g domain, hosting, SMS plan etc.] then that amount will be deducted and only balance amount will be refunded.

Conditions for NO Refund

Customer will get no refund in the following situations.
  • Customer has reviewed, explored or used the software / service for 30 days and has not communicated any complaint. Communication made through official email only will be treated as authentic.
  • Customer will get no refund for the amount paid for purchase by Netbit Technologies on behalf of customer from any third party. Amount paid for purchase of domain name, hosting plan, SMS plan etc will not be refunded.
  • If website or software has crashed due to negligence of customer, in that case no refund request will be entertained.
  • If customer has revealed login credentails [Login ID, Password, Secret Key, Hash Key, Salt Key etc.] to an unauthorized person.
  • If customer has not reviewed or explored or checked the software / service within the time given for the same.
  • If customer is not communicating with us and not responding to our emails and phones.
  • If software / service is already running and customer demands major change in the running software / service.
  • If any of the services [like domain, hosting, SMS etc.] expires due to non-payment from the customer.
  • We generally do not provide Login ID and Password of domain, hosting plan, cPanel etc. to customer for safety reason. If customer demands for Login ID and Password of domain, hosting, cPanel then it will be provided to customer. However, in that case no refund will be given to customer. And protection and safety of website, hosting, programming code, database etc will be of sole responsibility of customer.

Refund of Annual Maintenance

Situations when annual maintenance can be refunded.
  • If customer do not want to continue with the software / service provided by us then AMC [Annual Maintenance Charge] amount may be refunded.
  • It will be refuned if customer ask for refund within 15 days from the date of payment of AMC i.e. renewal date of AMC. Full AMC amount will be refunded.
  • If refund of AMC is demanded after exhausting 2-3 months or more then proportionate amount will be deducted and only balance amount will be refunded.
  • AMC amount paid for domain name renewal, hosting plan renewal, SMS plan renewal etc. will NOT be refunded in any circumtances.

Refund Processing Method

We will process refund request of customer in following manner.
  • Netbit Technologies will have sole right to interprete any of the point given above and points mentioned in the Terms & Conditions.
  • Minimum 7 working days will be needed to complete the refund request received from the customer.
  • No cash will be refunded. Amount of refund will be transferred to bank account of the customer in electronic method like NEFT, IMPS, UPI etc.
